This new instrument, hosted on the Solid Waste and Circular Economy Hub, will allow public operators to advance from the preparation phase to self-assessment and real-time visualization of strategic results, based on the GIRS-Rating methodology designed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

The solution, based on open platforms such as Google Sheets and Looker Studio, offers graphical visualizations, strategic maps, and data downloads to facilitate analysis and decision-making. Users can access the tool directly from the Hub site, replicate it in their own Google account, and begin using it in an intuitive and secure way.

A solution designed to scale

Comsu Solutions, a firm with more than 25 years of experience in developing ESG and sustainability solutions in the region, leads the design and technical deployment of the tool.

“Our approach was to create a robust and user-friendly tool that facilitates continuous improvement through reliable data, without requiring complex licenses or costly infrastructure. We are committed to open technology in the service of sustainable development,” said Alejandro Bernal, CEO of Comsu Solutions.
